Adult Private Trial Classes

Adult private trial classes are designed for those who have no experience in Jiu-Jitsu and who are interested in learning the fundamentals. The trial class package includes 4 x 30 minute one-on-one private sessions where you will learn the basic fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu such as guard, mount, backtake, and take downs. Each lesson will focus on one element so you will be able to gain knolwedge and confidence with each technique. After these sessions, you will be more confident to join group sessions where you will be able to practice these techniques with different ranked belts.

No enrolement or Gi purchase is required for these classes and you can choose between one or two sessions a week and which location and time is best for you.
