KIDS BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

CONFIDENT CHILD = BETTER FUTURE

​By learning to use the force of an aggressor against them, ​students of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can learn control - in both a literal sense and an interpersonal sense. Arm your child with the confidence they need to take on life.

KIDS MARTIAL ARTS

Lessons focus on footwork, techniques, and timing; heaps of fun games, and of course, discipline.
The main goal is to learn self-defense skills.

FREE INTRODUCTION CLASS

We offer a FREE introduction class designed to give those who have never experienced martial arts a taste of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), our facilities, and all that is Life BJJ Australia.

​Those who have previously trained in the gentle art of BJJ are also welcome to find out more about Life BJJ Australia.

This class is the beginning of every martial artists' Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey, be they serious or casual.

At Life BJJ Australia, we believe it’s of the utmost importance that you challenge yourself by being confronted with the signature Life BJJ methodologies first-hand. And come to realise why those who are students of BJJ are so passionate about it. 

At the end of the session, a team member will recommend a membership options and programs that we feel would be best suited to your needs.
