We believe in the first 12 months, kids and adults, will be able to build the confidence so much during the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sessions.
The "gentle art" lets the smallers train or fight anybody bigger. Using the leverages and body weight, the bjj practitioners learn the best way to control the opponents and submit them.
The BJJ techniques are based in control the distance, stay ahead in the game (human chess) and neutralise any attacks from the opponents.
The consistence in the sessions are really important to keep the mind and body health. You build up a muscle memory as repeat the techniques so many times.
We are very proud of every student! Also thank you all the parents for bringing the kids to our dojo.
